The entire bank of elevators had problems the first couple of days we were there, but seemed to be ok the last days (and the primary restaurants are on the 16th and 18th floors). No charging plug-ins next to the bed a must in this day and age!. The toilet, vanity and sink, in both bathrooms, are the height for a 5-year old. A coffeemaker, but they have admittedly removed the pot, so, no coffee. Two full bathrooms, which is a commonality for this hotel and a nice luxury we are not use to in a hotel room. Gorgeous sunrises and sunset light off the mountaintops around the lake. We had an excellent room on the 14th flr with sweeping views to the south, including the gondola, mountains and lake. We requested a view of the lake (Executive King suite) as we were celebrating a belated anniversary and got married in Lake Tahoe 34 years ago.
